Renewing Old Favourites
There is nothing like shopping in your own wardrobe. I've lost some weight recently 'woohoo!' So I've been digging to the back of my wardrobe and finding all sorts of goodies that suddenly I can wear again, it's really quite exciting, because it doesn't cost me anything either!
But that got me thinking as I was cleaning up my makeup draw and vanity, what goodies are stashed in here that I've long since forgotten? And how on earth am I'm going to use them up so they are not wasted? So I've set myself a weekly challenge to pick one 'old' makeup item and use it everyday for one week. If I haven't fallen back in love with it by the end of the week, it will be moving out :)
So I started today with a favorite cream blush that I haven't used for ages. Its called Copper Bouquet and was part of the Mary Kay Floral Fantasy Compact. Day 1 - I'm back in love it with it already, so much for cleaning some stuff out!
Here is the look I did with it today..... You really do have to love the humble brown eyeshadow, it suits everyone!
